Kris Grimes from Rooter Guy called me within minutes of requesting a pro on Home Advisor. He came to our house within an hour and replaced our Hot Water Heater. He was excellent! Kris was a real pro in replacing our hot water heater. He informed us of what exactly had to be done and he finished the job in just a couple of hours. I will certainly call Kris and Rooter Guy whenever I have any problems.
