The technician, Kris Grimes, was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

Our Rooter Guy expert, Manny, was courteous, experienced and very diligent. We had some problems with the install and he stuck with it until we had the right solution. We were very happy with his skill and perseverance.

Both Gary and Leith did a good job in identifying and repairing the problem with the water heater. Since the heater was only 6 years old ( we did not know this, when we bought the house 4 years ago and Gary found this information on the internet), it did not need to be replaced. Simultaneously, the expansion tank was replaced ( the price seemed to be a little bit on the high side) and secured. Overall a good job!!
